Great location near Universal and Sea World. Rooms are decent, comfy beds, and clean. The shuttle service is a bonus. Breakfast is basic but works. The place has nice amenities like a fitness area and sun loungers. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was good, too.

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Orlando At Universal Blvd with an inviting pool, a variety of breakfast options, and friendly staff who were genuinely interested in our comfort. the hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios, restaurants, and entertainment, making it easy to explore the area.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and convenient. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to various restaurants and bars on International Drive. The proximity to Universal theme parks was a major advantage for us as vegetarians and vegans, as it allowed us to easily find suitable dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly AJ who promptly addressed any issues we had.

The hotel appeared somewhat outdated, although they were in the process of renovating certain areas. We hope that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer a more modern and enhanced experience.

The complimentary shuttle service to the theme park was a pleasant surprise. , the hotel's proximity to a strip mall with popular dining options and shops made my stay even more convenient.

Parking is first-come, first-serve. Breakfast service could be improved.
